How can we help?

About this contact form

Data.ik.sg is an independent website that helps people search, preview, chart, and download Singapore-related datasets gathered from multiple public sources, including services such as data.gov.sg and OneMap. It is not a government website, not a statutory board helpdesk, and not a substitute for contacting the organisation that originally published a dataset. Use this form when a page fails to load, a chart looks wrong, a finder record is hard to use, or you want to point us at a dataset that is missing from browse and search.

What to include

A useful message names the page or dataset, describes what you expected, and what you saw instead. Links help: the dataset slug, a finder URL, or a publisher page is enough for us to reproduce the issue. Dataset suggestions should include a public source URL when you have one. We read incoming mail to improve the catalog, documentation, and finder tools. We do not provide legal, immigration, housing, or business-registration advice, and we cannot change official records held by agencies such as ACRA or HDB.

What we cannot do

If you need an official extract, a licence interpretation, or a correction to source data, contact the publisher listed on the dataset page or the originating agency. Third-party terms and licences still apply to reused data. For how we handle technical logs and messages, see the Privacy Policy. For acceptable use of the site, see the Terms. We aim to review messages as capacity allows and may not reply to every note, especially automated or off-topic mail.

Messages are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not send passwords, identity documents, or other sensitive personal data. Privacy Policy · Terms & Conditions
