Amendment to MP2014 Building

Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) open geodata captures amendment polygons for building footprints under the Master Plan 2014 framework. KML and GEOJSON datasets named Amendment to MP2014 Building support GIS users updating Singapore built-form layers after plan revisions. Architects and urban analysts overlay indicative footprints when assessing planning context. The ad-hoc release pairs with other URA MP2014 amendment collections on data.gov.sg.

Amendment to MP2014 Building

Urban Redevelopment Authority GeoJSON layer of indicative building footprint polygons issued as an amendment to Singapore's Master Plan 2014, with coverage from October 2019. The polygons show approximate building outlines intended as a planning basemap reference rather than a survey-accurate cadastre. Planners, architects, and GIS developers overlay the footprints with land-use zoning, plot ratio, and conservation layers to study built form and site context. The layer also supports urban-morphology analysis and helps visualise amendments made after the original Master Plan 2014 gazette.
