Amendment to MP2014 Conservation Area Text

Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) publishes amendments to Master Plan 2014 conservation area text annotations for Singapore. KML and GEOJSON datasets update labelling used on planning maps when conservation boundaries or names change. GIS teams maintaining MP2014 stacks can swap in amended text layers for accurate heritage displays. This collection complements the base MP2014 conservation text release on Singapore’s geospatial open-data portal.

Amendment to MP2014 Conservation Area Text

Urban Redevelopment Authority GeoJSON annotation layer carrying Conservation Area text labels, issued as an amendment to Singapore's Master Plan 2014 with coverage from August 2019. The features hold the name text used to label gazetted conservation areas on planning mapsheets rather than the conservation boundaries themselves. Heritage cartographers and GIS users pair the labels with conservation boundary, land-use, and street layers to produce readable planning and heritage maps. It functions mainly as a cartographic support layer for Singapore's built-heritage and conservation datasets.
