Ministry of Health statistics on average daily polyclinic attendances in Singapore for selected communicable and common conditions. The CSV tracks acute upper respiratory infections, conjunctivitis, diarrhoea, chickenpox, and hand, foot and mouth disease (HFMD) from 2018 onward. Public health analysts use the series for syndromic surveillance and seasonal outbreak context alongside other MOH releases. Semi-annual updates cover 2012 through 2022 on Singapore’s open health data catalogue.

Average daily polyclinic attendances for selected diseases - Acute Upper Respiratory Tract infections, Acute Conjunctivitis, Acute Diarrhoea, Chickenpox and HFMD( from 2018)
This dataset reports average daily attendances at Singapore polyclinics for selected infectious diseases by epidemiological week from 2012 to 2022. Conditions include acute upper respiratory tract infection, acute conjunctivitis, acute diarrhoea, chickenpox and, from 2018, hand, foot and mouth disease. With each epidemiological week running Sunday to Saturday, the series supports surveillance of seasonal patterns, changes in primary-care demand and comparisons between disease categories.
