MOH community care statistics track annual attendances at centre-based services in Singapore from 2006 through 2021, including dementia day care and community rehabilitation centres. The CSV Centre- Based Care Services Attendances reflects post-2015 splits between dementia day care, day care, and community rehabilitation after earlier aggregated reporting. Ageing policy researchers can study utilisation shifts using the official break series. Attendance counts are service visits, not unique clients.
