Combined And Gross Enrolment Ratio For Primary, Secondary & Tertiary Education
Ministry of Education (MOE) education indicators in this collection publish combined and gross enrolment ratios for primary, secondary, and tertiary education from 1990 through 2020. Official notes explain resident population scope, inclusion of private institutions from 2005, overseas-resident adjustments from 2010, and ISCED 2011 reclassification from 2016. Demographers benchmarking Singapore against international education targets can apply these definitions consistently across years.
