Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth research data applying Moral Foundations Theory to Singapore population segments, published as CSV files including MFT raw data and a field description guide. The collection supports social science analysis of values frameworks, survey methodology review, and comparative civic culture research in Singapore. Researchers can align variables using the documentation dataset before exploring segment-level moral foundation patterns in the raw release.
Official description
We used a modified version of Jonathan Haidt’s Moral Foundation Theory (MFT) to determine the predominant moral foundation of different Singaporean segments.
Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth CSV of MFT survey raw data from April through July 2021, with respondent identifiers, country, birth-year, age, and related fields. Researchers should consult the separate MFT variable description for column meanings when analysing this Singapore community survey microdata.
Reference CSV from the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth listing variable names and labels for the MFT (probably survey or programme) data schema. Researchers decoding MCCY open datasets use the field dictionary to interpret coded variables and build consistent analyses.
