Development Register Map

URA open data maps development site boundaries through the Development Register Map collection for Singapore. Member files include GEOJSON and a KML companion labelled Development Register Map (KML), published on a half-yearly cadence. Real-estate analysts and planners can overlay active development parcels on base maps when studying URA’s development register. The geospatial release supports due diligence on where registered projects sit relative to planning areas.

Development Register Map

GeoJSON layer from the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) showing development site boundaries in Singapore, published as the Development Register Map with metadata dated from October 2025. The polygons delineate the extent of individual development sites, allowing them to be overlaid on Master Plan zoning, cadastral or building footprint data in GIS and web mapping tools. Property researchers, planners and developers use development register geometries to locate approved or registered projects, assess site context, and link project-level records to a mappable land parcel.
