Housing & Development Board (HDB) counts dwelling units under its management by town and flat type at 31 March each financial year. The CSV dataset includes sold flats and public rental stock, with notes that HUDC flats are no longer under HDB management from FY2014. Housing analysts and urban planners studying Singapore’s public housing inventory can map unit mixes across towns. This HDB collection supports open-data research on managed dwelling unit distributions.
All figures are as at 31 Mar of each financial year. Data includes sold flats and public rental flats. With effect from FY 2014, there are no HUDC flats under HDB's management.
