Gender Parity Index For Primary, Secondary & Tertiary Students
Ministry of Education (MOE) equity indicators in this collection publish the gender parity index comparing girls' to boys' enrolment ratios across primary, secondary, and tertiary education. Annual resident-population series from 1990 through 2020 support SDG-aligned education access monitoring even though no member datasets appear in this export. Analysts should retrieve linked CSV files on Data.gov.sg when available. Indices follow MOE definitions where higher values indicate relative girls' enrolment versus boys'.
Official description
1. Ratio of girl's enrolment ratio to boy's enrolment ratio in primary, secondary and tertiary education. 2. Refers to resident population, i.e. Singapore citizens and permanent residents.
