Housing grants include grants awarded under the Central Provident Fund (CPF) housing grant scheme and the Additional CPF Housing Grant (AHG), Special CPF Housing Grant (SHG) and the Proximity Housing Grant (PHG).
Note:
a) One family can benefit from more than 1 type of CPF housing grant scheme.
b) The higher-tier grant for family and singles were discontinued when PHG was implemented on 24 Aug 2015. A negative number is a result of recovery of cases being more than the gross figures of DBSS flats.
c) The Enhanced CPF Housing Grant (EHG) was implemented on 11 Sep 2019 and it has replaced the Additional CPF Housing Grant and Special CPF Housing Grant.
