SFA open data on grading of licensed food establishments, including meat, fish, processed-food sites, cold stores, and slaughter-houses. The collection supports public accountability and industry benchmarking around hygiene and compliance scores. Annual coverage from 2010 through 2020 allows trend analysis by grade distribution. Food safety researchers and journalists can relate grading outcomes to enforcement policy without facility-level inspection reports.
