Ministry of Law open data summarises how disputes registered at Singapore’s Community Mediation Centre close each year. The CSV Outcome of Cases Registered at the Community Mediation Centre classifies closed cases as mediated with settlement, mediated without settlement, or not mediated, with figures stated as at 31 December of the reporting year. Community justice researchers and legal aid planners can track mediation uptake and settlement rates from 2011 through 2015. Ongoing cases roll forward into subsequent reports per the official notes.
