Percentage of Students With at Least 3 O-Level Passes
Ministry of Education (MOE) long-run indicator of O-Level attainment in Singapore secondary schools. The CSV tracks the percentage of school candidates achieving grade C6 or better in at least three O-Level subjects from 1987 to 2021, excluding Integrated Programme students per official notes. Education policy analysts benchmark academic outcomes while respecting exclusions for non-graduating-year subject sittings. MOE publishes this as open data for public accountability on national examination performance.
