Planning Area Census 2010

URA census geography for Singapore’s 2010 Population Census provides indicative planning area polygons aligned to Master Plan 2008 boundaries and SLA’s 2010 island profile. Member datasets Planning Area Census2010 ship as KML and SHP for demographic GIS linking to Department of Statistics tabulations across 55 planning areas. Researchers mapping population distribution must note forward-looking MP08 boundaries may diverge from built reality. The collection supports spatial joins to 2010 census tables rather than replacing statutory maps.
