URA publishes quarterly private residential property price indices for Singapore from 1975 through Q1 2020 using stratified hedonic regression with transaction-value weights from Q1 2014–Q1 2015. Two CSV files cover the overall index (base 2009-Q1 = 100) and splits by property type. Real-estate economists and journalists benchmark condo price cycles against URA’s official methodology. Users seeking office or shop indices should note the official description’s broader asset scope in related URA releases.
