Private Residential Property Transactions in Outside Central Region, Quarterly
URA quarterly property open data counts new sale, sub-sale, and resale transactions for private homes in Singapore’s Outside Central Region (OCR), covering planning areas beyond the Central Region. Methodology mirrors other URA transaction releases: developer returns for new sales and IRAS stamp-duty records for sub-sales and resales from 1Q2015 onward. Housing economists comparing OCR against CCR and RCR segments can download the CSV for time-series work. Users should heed comparability notes around caveat-based history.
Official description
Dataset includes number of new sale, sub-sale and resale transactions for private residential units in Outside Central Region.
Outside Central Region (OCR) refers to the planning areas which are outside the Central Region.
Data on New Sale are final and will not be revised as they are compiled based on returns from licensed developers. Data on the number of Sub-sale and Resale units excludes en-bloc sale units and are collated from records submitted to Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore for stamp duty payments from 1Q2015. Prior to 1Q2015, Sub-sale and Resale data were compiled from caveats lodged to the Singapore Land Authority. As the latter (i.e. lodgment of caveats) is voluntary, caveats account for about 80 to 90% of all sub-sale and resale transactions. Hence, please note that data from 1Q2015 may not be directly comparable to figures in the previous quarters.
Urban Redevelopment Authority quarterly CSV of private residential property transaction units in Singapore’s Outside Central Region (OCR) from 2004 through Q1 2026, by type of sale and sale status. Property analysts track suburban private-home market volumes outside the Central Region planning areas.
