The Relationship of Parties in Cases Registered at the Community Mediation Centre CSV breaks disputes into categories such as neighbours, family, landlord-tenant, and colleagues, with methodology changes noted before and after December 2014. Community justice researchers can study how interpersonal ties shape mediation demand from 2011 through 2015. The collection supports transparency on neighbourhood and commercial conflict patterns referred to mediation.
Show the type of relationship between parties in cases registered at the Community Mediation Centre. These cases will be broken down into the following categories: Neighbour, Family, Friends, Commercial Entities, Commercial Entity and Individual, Colleagues, Landlord-Tenant, Strangers, Others. Prior to Dec 2014, the "Others" category included cases that are currently represented as "Landlord-Tenant" and "Strangers". After 2014, others include Former Lovers, Lovers, Former Colleagues, Tenant-Tenant.
