Sample Household Survey: HDB Resident Population by Geographical Distribution
Housing & Development Board (HDB) open data draws on the Sample Household Survey (SHS), conducted every five years, to profile HDB resident populations by geography. Member CSV files cover HDB Resident Population by Geographical Distribution and age breakdowns for citizens and permanent residents in public housing. Planners and researchers studying Singapore’s heartland demographics can compare regional concentration of HDB households. Figures are subject to SHS sampling design and rounding notes in the official metadata.
