Singapore Land Authority CSV of successful tender and bidding results for non-residential state property rentals from 2004 onward, with location, allocation mode, land and GFA, tendered uses, tenure, closing and award dates, monthly award value, and successful bidder. From 2007, No Award cases are included; awarded uses appear from 2017. Property professionals and researchers analyse Singapore state land leasing outcomes and rental award levels.
