Unsold Private Residential Units with Planning Approvals by Market Segment, Quarterly

Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) quarterly statistics track unsold private residential units in Singapore by market segment and licensing stage. Categories distinguish projects with sale prerequisites (housing developer licence and building plan approval), those with planning permission only, and completed licensed stock still on the market. Segments follow Core Central Region, Rest of Central Region, and Outside Central Region definitions used in private housing analysis. Planners and analysts monitoring Singapore’s private residential pipeline can align figures with URA’s CCR and OCR maps. Official metadata defines each bucket for consistent interpretation across quarters.
