Description
Singapore Land Authority quarterly CSV summarising estimated gross floor area of SLA-managed properties by use category—residential, commercial, industrial, social or civic institution, and vacant—from FY2011 through 2025. Vacant stock excludes agent-managed sites. Property economists and public-sector analysts track state land portfolio composition and letting potential.
Official description
Overview of the estimated gross floor area breakdown by residential, commercial, industrial, social/civic insittution and vacant properties manged by SLA in aggregate form. Vacant properties excludes properties managed by appointed managing agent. These vacant properties could be put up for any listed type of uses when tenanted out. Data is rounded to 1 decimal place.
