Children in out-of-home care
Description
Ministry of Social and Family Development CSV on children in out-of-home care in Singapore from 2013 through 2023. Each annual figure is a stock count as at 31 December and includes all children in care regardless of when their case was opened, with results organised by placement type. Child-welfare researchers and service planners can compare the use of foster, residential, and other care arrangements over time.
