Monthly value of construction contracts awarded in Singapore by sector and development type from January 1981 through May 2026. Pre-1995 figures come from URA; from 1995 from BCA. Reclamation works are included before 2002 and excluded thereafter. Construction analysts track awarding activity; adapted from SingStat TableBuilder TS/M400001.
