Institutions Participating in the National Electronic Health Record System (NEHR)
Description
Ministry of Health listing of every organisation and institution participating in Singapore's National Electronic Health Record (NEHR) system, with about 4,000 rows giving the organisation or institution name and its effective date of participation. NEHR consolidates key patient health records across participating healthcare providers so that clinicians can access a single longitudinal patient view. Healthtech developers, clinics and health-services researchers use the list to check which providers are connected to NEHR and when they came on board.
