JTC Ready-Built Facilities, Annual
Description
Annual statistics on JTC Corporation's ready-built industrial facilities in Singapore from 2006 through 2025, published via SingStat. The wide-format CSV lists data series as rows with one column per year, covering supply, total allocated space, and occupancy rate, all measured as at the end of the period. Ready-built facilities are the industrial premises JTC leases out directly rather than land it prepares for tenants to build on, so the series is a gauge of demand for government-provided industrial space. From 2018 the coverage includes industrial properties transferred from HDB. Adapted from SingStat TableBuilder TS/M400871.
