Description
Urban Redevelopment Authority GeoJSON of indicative building height control polygons from the Building Height Control Plan under Singapore's Master Plan 2019 Special and Detailed Control Plans (SDCP). The layer delineates areas where maximum building heights are regulated to guide development intensity and skyline planning. URA notes the information was superseded by DMP25 in June 2025. Useful for architects, developers and planners studying historical height controls and development feasibility.

Indicative polygon of the Building Height Control layer in the Building Height Control Plan. Landed Housing Area Plan is a Special and Detailed Control Plan (SDCP) which provides guidelines and controls for specific area of development. (Info superseded by DMP25 in June 2025)
