Description
Urban Redevelopment Authority GeoJSON of indicative polygons marking where building height controls are relaxed under the Building Height Control Plan, part of the Special and Detailed Control Plans accompanying Singapore's Master Plan 2019. The layer identifies sites treated differently from the prevailing height control. URA notes the information was superseded by DMP25 in June 2025.
