Description
This URA GEOJSON layer delineates the indicative Urban Design Corridor areas under the Master Plan 2019 Special and Detailed Control Plan. It helps users examine where area-specific urban design guidelines and controls applied. The information was superseded by DMP25 in June 2025 and is best used for historical planning reference and spatial comparison.

Indicative polygon of the Urban Design Corridor area in the Urban Design Element Plan. Urban Design Element Plan is a Special and Detailed Control Plan (SDCP) which provides guidelines and controls for specific area of development. (Info superseded by DMP25 in June 2025)
