Resident Households by Monthly Household Income from Work and Occupation of Head of Household (General Household Survey 2005)
Description
General Household Survey 2005 table counting Singapore resident households by monthly household income from work and the occupation of the head of household. Occupation columns run from senior officials and managers, professionals, and associate professionals and technicians through clerical, service and sales, agricultural and fishery workers, production craftsmen, plant and machine operators, cleaners and labourers, and workers not classifiable, while rows give income bands. Households whose heads were not working are excluded, and income from work was revised in 2026 to include employers' Additional MediSave Contributions. Social researchers use it to study the income distribution behind each occupational group. Adapted from SingStat TableBuilder CT/8730.
