Description
General Household Survey 2005 counts of Singapore resident population aged 5 years and over by age group, language most frequently spoken at home, and sex. Languages include English, Malay, Mandarin, Chinese dialects (Hokkien, Teochew, Cantonese, and others), Indian languages (Tamil and others), and other languages. Excludes persons unable to speak and one-person or unrelated-person households. Language and demography researchers study home-language patterns by age and sex at the 2005 survey.
