Description

Annual counts of residential units constructed and sold by Singapore's Housing & Development Board from 1974 through 2025, published via SingStat. The wide-format CSV lists data series as rows with one column per year, so the file traces more than five decades of public housing output, from the mass building programmes of the 1970s and 1980s to today's Build-To-Order cycle. Housing analysts, economists, and researchers use it to compare completions against sales, gauge how supply responded to demand and policy shifts, and set private-market activity against public housing delivery.
