Monthly residential wired broadband subscription counts in Singapore from March 2011 through August 2025 from IMDA via SingStat, covering retail connections at or above 256 kbit/s over xDSL, leased line, and fibre (cable-modem retail service ceased from 2020). Source: INFO-COMMUNCATIONS MEDIA DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY Data Last Updated: 28/08/2026 Update Frequency: Monthly Footnotes: With effect from 1 Oct 2016, the Infocomm Development Authority and the Media Development Authority were restructured to form the Info-communications Media Development Authority and the Government Technology Agency of Singapore. Data include all retail residential wired broadband subscriptions (i.e., for connection speeds equal to, or greater than, 256 kbit/s, in one or both directions) provided over xDSL, leased line and optical fibre.
