Description
Ministry of Law CSV on outstanding licensed moneylender loans as a share of Singapore’s consumer credit market for 2013–2015. The consumer credit base covers household personal loans including motor vehicle, credit/charge card, pawnbroking, licensed moneylending, and other consumer loans, excluding mortgages. Policy and consumer-finance researchers gauge the relative size of the licensed moneylending segment.

Total amount of outstanding licensed moneylender ("ML") loans taken in relation to/as a proportion of the consumer credit market, namely, the outstanding personal loans taken by Singapore households, including motor vehicle loans, credit/charge cards, pawnbroking loans, licensed moneylending loans and other types of consumer loans, but excluding mortgage loans.
