简介
本数据集由人力部以CSV提供1998年至2025年新加坡按行业与职业划分的平均每月招聘率年度数据；该率为季度内每月平均招聘人数除以平均雇员人数，年度值为各季度简单平均。2006年前涵盖至少25名雇员的私营机构，其后亦含公共部门，便于监测各行业与职业的招聘强度。

一个季度内的平均每月招聘率，定义为该季度每月平均招聘人数除以机构平均雇员人数。年度数字为季度数字的简单平均。 来源：劳动力调查，人力研究与统计司，人力部 2006年以前，数据涵盖私营机构（每家至少25名雇员）。自2006年起，亦包括公共部门。
