本数据集由人力部发布，以CSV提供1998年至2025年按行业划分的平均月招聘率年度数据（季内月均招聘人数除以机构平均雇员人数，年度为各季简单平均）；2006年前为至少25人的私营机构，此后含公共部门。

一季内平均月招聘率定义为该季每月平均招聘人数除以机构平均雇员人数。年度数字为各季数字的简单平均。来源：劳动力调查，人力部人力研究与统计局 2006年以前，数据涵盖私营机构（各机构至少25名雇员）。自2006年起亦包括公共部门。
