本数据集由人力部发布，以CSV提供1998年至2025年按职业划分的季度月均招聘率（来自劳动力调查），便于监测各职业招聘强度；2006年前仅含至少25名雇员的私营机构，其后纳入公共部门。

某季度月均招聘率定义为该季度内每月平均招聘人数除以机构平均雇员人数。年度数字为各季度数字的简单平均。来源：劳动力调查，人力研究与统计司，人力部。2006年以前数据仅涵盖私营机构（各至少25名雇员）；自2006年起亦包括公共部门。
