简介
本数据集由人力部劳动力市场调查发布，以CSV提供1998年至2025年新加坡按行业与职业划分的平均月离职率季度数据，逾13,000行；涵盖至少25名雇员的私营机构，2006年起含公共部门。便于比较各行业与职业的人员流动。
官方简介
一季内平均月离职率定义为该季每月辞职人数的平均值除以机构平均雇员人数。年度数字为各季度数字的简单平均。 来源：劳动力市场调查，人力研究与统计司，人力部 2006年以前，数据涵盖每家至少25名雇员的私营机构。自2006年起，亦包括公共部门。
