简介
本数据集由人力部发布，以CSV提供1998年至2025年新加坡按行业划分的平均每月辞职率年度统计（由季度劳动力市场调查数字简单平均得出）；自2006年起涵盖公共部门，便于比较各行业人员流动。
官方简介
一季内平均每月辞职率定义为该季每月辞职人数的平均数除以机构雇员平均数。年度数字为各季度数字的简单平均。 来源：劳动力市场调查，人力研究与统计司，人力部 2006年以前，数据涵盖每家至少25名雇员的私营机构。自2006年起，亦包括公共部门。
