本数据集由建屋发展局发布，按财政年度与类别统计自1960年以来累计落成的组屋、政府或机构设施至2024年；说明涵盖2012年组屋底层社区中心更名及2013年办公设施口径调整，便于追踪社区设施长期落成量。
官方简介
自2012年起，社区中心/俱乐部更名为社区中心（组屋底层），以更准确指称建屋发展局在组屋底层建造的社区中心。 分区办事处、分行办事处与市镇理事会办事处数据于2013年修订：分区办事处因已并入商业产业而剔除，改为纳入邻里中心内的行政办公室。因此自2013年起数据更名为行政办公室、分行办事处与市镇理事会办事处。
