HDB租屋与购屋需求（按房型）
简介
本数据集由建屋发展局发布，以CSV提供1960年至2025年3月按房型及财年划分的租屋与购屋需求数据，并附历年统计口径与预购组屋预订说明。便于研究新加坡公共住房长期需求变化。
官方简介
* 1960–1965年居者有其屋数字（2,967）仅包括1964及1965年收到购买居者有其屋申请的单位。 * 2014/15及2015/16财年数字包括当时仍在进行或尚未开始的预购组屋及剩余组屋遴选等预计预订（详见官方脚注）。 * 自1989/90财年起，转售组屋申请人不计入居者有其屋需求。 * 各财年需求定义随Booking System及租屋计划调整（详见官方完整脚注）。
