本数据集由国家环境局发布，以CSV格式提供2017年全年新加坡24小时天气预报历史记录，含日期、时间戳、更新时间、风速风向、预报文本与预报代码等字段，时间均为新加坡时间。可用于研究历史预报产品、气象信息发布及2017年天气服务数据。
