简介
本数据集由人力部发布，以CSV提供1998年至2025年按行业与职业划分的季度职位空缺率。按劳工市场调查口径计算，2006年起纳入公共部门，便于细分行业职业招聘松紧度分析。

某季度职位空缺率定义为该季度末职位空缺总数除以人力总需求。来源：人力部劳工市场调查、人力研究与统计处。2006年前数据仅涵盖雇员不少于25人的私营机构；2006年起纳入公共部门。
