本数据集由人力部发布，以CSV提供1998年至2025年按行业统计的季度职位空缺率（空缺职位占季度末人力总需求比例）；2006年起纳入公共部门。便于分行业劳动力市场松紧度比较。
官方简介
某季度职位空缺率定义为该季度末职位空缺总数除以人力总需求。来源：人力部劳工市场调查、人力研究与统计处。2006年前数据仅涵盖雇员不少于25人的私营机构；2006年起纳入公共部门。
