私人住宅物业印花税评税（IRAS）
简介
本数据集由新加坡税务局发布，以CSV提供2011至2024日历年私人住宅（含执行共管公寓、不含住宅用地）转让的印花税类型、交易笔数及评税金额，统计以买卖协议签署及盖章口径为准，并说明与税收收缴数据的差异。便于分析新加坡私人住宅市场与印花税负担。

* 统计以买卖协议签署日期为准。 * 私人住宅物业包括执行共管公寓，但不包括住宅用地。 * 2011及2012日历年统计以2013年3月31日前收到的已盖章文件为准；自2013日起，统计以次年3月31日前盖章的文件为准（例如2013年统计以2014年3月31日前盖章文件为准）。 * 统计按转让物业的唯一计数得出。 * 额外买方印花税（ABSD）交易笔数计入买方印花税（BSD）交易笔数，因须缴ABSD的交易亦须缴BSD。 * ABSD评税金额不计入BSD金额。 * 自2014日起，统计不包括其后获豁免或撤销的交易。 * 评税印花税（SDA）与 data.gov.sg 公布的印花税税收在口径上或有差异：SDA为应付或应退净印花税（不含其后豁免或撤销的交易），税收则为已收净印花税（含退税、调整及豁免）。
