Number of Nurses and Midwives

Ministry of Health publishes annual open data on Singapore’s nursing and midwifery workforce, including registered nurses, enrolled nurses, and registered midwives. Figures are split by public sector, private sector, and practitioners not in active practice. A companion dataset tracks advanced practice nurses as a subset of registered nurses. Analysts studying health human resources and hospital planning can compare trends from 2006 through the catalogued coverage period. CSV downloads support workforce modelling and policy briefs on Singapore’s care capacity.
