Number of Palliative Home Care Visits

Ministry of Health (MOH) annual open data reports the number of palliative home care visits in Singapore. The CSV tracks how often teams deliver end-of-life and symptom-relief care in patients’ homes. Metadata explains definitional changes: from 2011 home palliative care includes nursing, medical, and psychosocial components, and from 2015 prior service lines were streamlined into a single home palliative care count. Analysts studying hospice access should interpret year-on-year jumps in light of these revisions.
