Number of Persons & Assured Amount under Home Protection Scheme as at end of year
CPF Board publishes open data on participation and assured sums under the Home Protection Scheme (HPS), which insures HDB homeowners against outstanding housing loans on death or total permanent disability. Two CSV datasets cover number of persons and assured amount as at year-end within the quarterly catalog frequency. Housing finance researchers can track HPS uptake alongside mortgage trends in Singapore. Figures support transparency on CPF-linked mortgage protection coverage.

Number of persons & assured amount under Home Protection Scheme as at end of year
Central Provident Fund Board CSV recording the number of persons insured under the Home Protection Scheme (HPS) in Singapore as at the end of each year from 2006 through 2025. HPS is the mortgage-reducing insurance that helps CPF members and their families keep their HDB flat if an insured member dies, becomes terminally ill or is totally and permanently disabled. Figures are rounded to the nearest thousand. Housing and social-insurance analysts use the annual series to track how HPS coverage among HDB flat owners has changed over two decades.
