Age-Standardised Mortality Rate for Ischaemic Heart Disease
Description
Age-standardised mortality rate for ischaemic heart disease in Singapore, reported annually by the Ministry of Health from 1990 to 2019. Age standardisation removes the effect of a changing population age structure, so the series reflects the underlying trend in heart disease deaths over three decades. The CSV has one row per year with the corresponding IHD rate. Public health researchers, clinicians, and policymakers use it to evaluate the impact of cardiovascular prevention, screening, and treatment programmes.
