Monthly Revalidation of COE
Description
Land Transport Authority CSV of monthly Certificate of Entitlement revalidations in Singapore from 2015 through January 2018 by type and category, using the prevailing quota premium. Notes explain non-renewable 5-year COEs and a two-month reporting lag from the grace period. Vehicle-policy analysts track renewal volumes by COE category.
Official description
1 5-year COEs (except for Category C 5-year COEs that are expiring on or after 25 Feb 2013) cannot be further renewed. This means that the vehicle must be deregistered upon expiry of its 5-year COE. 2 Refers to the number of revalidations using the Prevailing Quota Premium (PQP) applicable in that month. 3 Vehicle owners are given one-month grace to revalidate their COE (with late fees).
